We have not accepted any reshipment requests for items.

In the case where the product needs to be returned to the supplier (local or overseas), additional processing and service fees may be incurred. If such items are defective due to a customer's error, these costs shall be borne by the customer, unless the error was caused by us.

Other circumstances that are eligible for exchange and return may incur replenishment fees.
Important note:
All refunds or exchanges of any items purchased must be returned to us within 7 working days after receiving the ordered products (pickup or delivery).
Please note that because the game is not compatible with your PC system, will not be able to accept returns from PC Games. We strongly recommend that you conduct a thorough search on the game manufacturer’s website and/or external Internet resources for more information before purchasing a PC game.
The return and refund policy will also be checked from the seller before any further operations, so be sure to check the seller's return and refund policy before purchasing.

Delivery Policy

1.  How long will the delivery process take?
     Once you placed your order, we will arrange for shipping (If in stock) the next day. The delivery duration would take roughly 2-5 days. 

2. How long before the exchange or refund policy ends?
    7 days from the date the customer receives the package.

3. What are the reasons for exchange or refund of products?
    We only accept exchange or refund if the product is badly damaged or there is a defect. Pictures are required as proof, you can send us your picture via email at  or whatsapp 012-4594938.

4. East malaysia - you will receive the products in 2 weeks
    West malaysia - you will receive the products in 3 - 5 working days

5. All products are delivered by courier service,


Order refunds are only applicable to the following situations:
1. Product discontinuation
2. The delivery time is longer than the delivery time mentioned in the product page
3. Product failure or delivered product error

The refund does not apply to:
1. Request 7 days from the date of receipt
2. Product damage caused by express delivery
3. The product has been used/tested for more than 7 days
4. Return due to the customer's unavailability/location
5. All virtual tickets, mobile recharge and any other types of services

Refund options will be provided to the following customers:

1. Option 1: Product exchange
Exchange with other products listed in
1.1 If the value of the new item exceeds the value of the original item, the difference shall be paid by the customer.
1.2 The freight for new items will be borne by the customer.

2. Option 2: Full refund to the customer
2.1 For payments made through our payment gateway (iPay88, Mobile88 Sdn Bhd), we will notify our payment gateway service provider to cancel the relevant transaction.
2.2 Please complete the refund procedure within 7 to 14 working days, and the refund amount will be shown on the customer's credit card statement.
